LY garbage bin shelter for Remontér

Together with 10 fellow students we designed a jig for a garbage bin shelter for Remontér, which is a rehabilitation company. We needed to focus on how this could be done in an easy way and at the same time create a design that fits the surroundings of the neighborhood.

We created jigs and manuals for the company to easily build and cut the parts for the shelter. We also designed a mail box shelter that had the same visual expression as the garbage bin shelter.

The garbage shelter is airy but still shelter from wind and birds. It is designed to easily hold the lid of the garbage bin. The design is modul based, and can easily be extended.
